The current waiting time for a solar system with battery storage and EV charger is 2-4 weeks after purchase, not including the time to process the documents needed for the Victoria rebate.

Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) are a federal government incentive in which homeowners receive certificates for the solar energy their system will generate over a set period. These certificates can then be sold to help offset the upfront cost of installing solar panels.
In addition to STCs, Melbourne homeowners may also be eligible for the battery interest-free loan of up to $8,000, payable over four years.
